Recidivism is the tendency of a convicted criminal to repeat or reoffend a crime after already receiving punishment or serving their sentence. Currently the rate of the relapse of an offender post-conviction, sanction or treatment is significantly higher than need be.

Often times these criminal offenses can be prevented with effective guidance, counseling, consulting, treatment and access to the proper life skill tools to survive day to day living and integration into society.

Our "Crawl to Flight" program aids our clients with the skills they need to transition from prison life to becoming active pillars in the community.

Our program fosters self-sufficiency and accountability enabling our clients to become productive returning citizens in turn building stronger communities.

INTERGRATING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

We provide comprehensive financial consulting services designed to assist returning individuals to develop effective financial strategies through our "Learning Financial Basics" initiative.

This initiative encompasses simple financial basics to reintegrate our clients with useful life skills such as, how to write a check, how to use an ATM, and how to make in person/online purchase.

These trainings will also include one on one case management with job readiness courses, public transportation resources, application guidance and much more.

We have partnered with local employers to aid in providing individuals which have completed our program with potential job placement. Our goal is to create a trend which is designed to increasingly gravitate towards economic development.
